    This stylish development features 4–6-bedroom flats, and all rooms are private, en-suite with single beds. Each flat offers a spacious kitchen/lounge area, modern built-in kitchen appliances, comfy sofa and large flat screen television, making it a great place to spend your free time.

    Denmark Road offers a great location, close to Manchester City Centre. In the Whitworth Park area, there are great links to take you anywhere you'd like, including Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre, and Manchester's "Curry Mile". Manchester is a diverse, energetic city that has options for everyone. There are many shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants to eat from throughout your stay, or you can cook in the shared kitchen, with all equipment provided.

    Extended stays are for a minimum of 14 nights and a maximum of 28 nights. Please contact summerbreaks@sanctuary.co.uk if you would like to book for longer than 28 nights.

    Denmark Road provides budget accommodation with great links to Manchester City Centre.

    Our accommodation offer is a private, ensuite room within a 4-6  bed apartment. Each apartment has a fully equipped, self-catering kitchen/diner which is shared by the other occupants of the apartment only. 

    Beds are single beds and all bedding, bed linen and towels are provided. Servicing of apartments is carried out weekly which includes a linen and towel change.

    Due to fire regulations, all bedrooms are single occupancy only.

    Denmark Road is available for summer breaks between 6th July and 31th August 2025. (Departure on 31 Aug)

    Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once the booking is confirmed. Any reductions in stay or cancelled bookings will still be fully charged. Occupancy changes are not permitted throughout the stay.
